The shipping was way too slow, and every time I tried to get an update, I felt like I was just being passed around instead of getting a straight answer. Frustrating experience overall

This was disappointing. It looked a lot better in the listing than it did when it actually arrived, so it kind of gave me that bait and switch feeling. My order from rcmamakeup.com arrived in a beat-up box. It was crushed on the sides. The tape was barely holding it together.

The makeup inside was sliding around. There was hardly any padding. One item even had makeup dust all over it.
It just felt careless. I expected better for makeup. I probably won’t order again if this is how they ship things.

I sent my order back weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my refund. I’ve emailed them a few times, but the replies were super vague and didn’t really help at all. At this point, give me a break. It’s been way too much hassle for a simple return, and I definitely won’t be ordering from rcmamakeup.com again.
